The Gap Analysis Checklist is a series of questions populated in the form of a checklist to address the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard for an effective quality management system with over 295 questions to compare against the main clauses of context, leadership, planning, support, operation, evaluation, and improvement.

The Gap Analysis Summary is the summary of the standard clauses, gap analysis findings, and the respective scores and gaps which automatically populates from validated reference numbers. This sheet is protected and locked as it is built with sensitive Excel formulas to automate the population of the report. There is no need for users to tamper with this sheet due to the automation.

The Improvement Action Plan is the sheet for logging all no and partial responses to respective gap analysis questions with their root causes, actions needed, action status, and action plan. This sheet automatically populates the negative responses as users complete the gap analysis. The sheet has a slicer for filtering out the blanks, columns for assigning a responsible person to close the action, and action priority and action deadlines to automatically estimate days due or overdue. It is also conditionally formatted with color codes for action priority, action open or closed, and days due or overdue.

The Dashboard is dynamic and beautifully made of clattered column chart to represent the various scores and gaps for each section of the management system and a stacked column chart representing the extent of conformity with the standard, with two progress charts representing the overall level of implementation and gaps

The ISO 9001 Implementation sheet shows the main clauses of the ISO 9001 standard and an organization’s levels of implementation to provide an overview of how an organization has implemented the main clauses of the standard.

The Scores and Gaps are presented in unique counts on a table to give an overview of the findings of the scores and gaps for all the clauses of the standard

The Gap Analysis Findings give the sum of yes and no responses in the graphical representation to give an overview of the current state of the management system.

The Sub-clauses % Implementation gives a more detailed summary of all clauses and subclauses and their levels of implementation to give an overview of an organization’s current state of management system.
